1. Business Idea formulated
2. Bought the domain/s (3rdWorldConcept.com and 3rdWorldCafe.com [design still pending])
3. Resources located, initial contact has been established
4. Market Research & potential location to be established
5. Decide on which program to donate % of profits (its all about helping others)
6. I guess important - funding!
